Academy Youth Team Wins Regional Championship
Our U17 team has made us proud by clinching the regional championship in a thrilling final match. The team showed exceptional skill and teamwork throughout the tournament. The U17 showed a hard fought game that made them exceptional despite being the least favourites, beating their biggest rivals at every stage of the tournament. At the semi finals, there was a dramatic play but eventually won on Penalty Kick.
Transfer Target: Academy Eyes Young Midfielder
The academy is reportedly close to signing the promising 16-year-old midfielder, Alex Johnson, from Northwood FC. Johnson is known for his incredible vision and passing accuracy, and would be a valuable addition to our youth squad.
A club abroad is interested in one of our academy prospects, but the club is working on a new contract for the prospect named Victor Adejabi. Very talented player, with some of the best technical skills. The forward has contributed 40 G/A in the academy so far.
We are also interested in making our first signing this season and are actively scouting for young talents who can strengthen our squad for the upcoming competitions. The signing by name is salam and he is a nidfield maestro, popularly known for his ball driving skills, keenly like Vitiniha
Scouting Network Expands to New Regions
To ensure we attract the best talent, our scouting network has now expanded to cover three new regions. We are excited to see the new prospects this will bring to our academy.
Scouts recommends players with technical skills, goes for both physicality and technical for midfielders. Also, scout the best coaches available for training to help booster the teams efforts in having players available
Scouts also attend local tournaments and school matches to discover hidden talents. They analyze players' performances, conduct interviews with coaches and families, and provide detailed reports to the academy. Additionally, scouts organize trial sessions and collaborate with youth clubs to build strong relationships for future recruitment.
